Customer Success Manager
This role is for a self-motivated Customer Success looking for opportunities to develop and challenge
themselves as they grow in their customer success career. The successful candidate will work directly with
clients to ensure proactively intervene in the appropriate way for that customer segment (a mix of
technology and human touches; the “appropriate” part will dictate the ratios therein) to get them to do the
things they need to do to move from the Onboarding process to next Success Milestone.
