Eko has thousands of customers throughout Asia who trust our services and we are continuing to grow our resources, product capabilities, and new ideas, to better improve our customer’s business communication experience.
In march this year we were honored to receive the Frost & Sullivan Thailand Excellence Awards for “Most Innovative Enterprise Messaging Service Provider of the Year”. In the same month, Forbes named our CEO Korawad Chearavanont as one of the “30 under 30” for enterprise technology. This, of course, makes us incredibly happy.
It is amazing to see how fast a young company can develop in such a short period of only a couple of years’ time: Since its foundation in a New Jersey’s dorm room in 2012 the target was always to build the strongest mobile communication platform a market can offer. Hard work got rewarded: by raising a seed investment round led by 500 Startups the company moved to New York City in 2014.
The following year, Eko Communications raised a Series A led by Gobi Partners. Subsequently, in order to focus on Asia and Europe and to be closer to our customers, we decided to move our headquarters and team to Bangkok, a rapidly rising and strategically located city – where we now feel at home.
